What to Bring to Women’s Jiu-Jitsu Classes

Starting your Women’s Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu journey is easy—just bring:
 

  1. Comfortable Clothing: A Jiu-Jitsu gi is ideal, but for beginners, snug athletic wear such as leggings and a rash guard will do. Avoid clothing with zippers or buttons.

  2. Jiu-Jitsu Gi (Optional for First Class): As you progress, a proper BJJ gi will become essential. We can help you find one that fits perfectly.

  3. Water Bottle: Stay hydrated during training with a reusable water bottle.

  4. Towel: A small towel can help keep you fresh during the session.

  5. Positive Energy: Come ready to learn, have fun, and grow your confidence on the mats.
