WHAT TO BRING WITH YOU

Preparing for your first Muay Thai class? Here’s what you’ll need to get started:
 

  1. Comfortable Training Gear: Wear breathable athletic clothing such as shorts and a T-shirt or tank top.

  2. Gloves & Wraps: Boxing gloves and hand wraps are essential for protection and performance. If you don’t have them yet, we can recommend gear or provide rental options.

  3. Shin Guards: For sparring or more advanced classes, shin guards are required to ensure safety.

  4. Water Bottle: Stay hydrated during this high-intensity workout.

  5. Towel: Bring a small towel to wipe away sweat during training.
     

Our instructors will guide you on proper gear as you advance in your Muay Thai journey. Don’t have equipment yet? No problem! We’ll help you get started with what you need.

We offer flexible pricing options to suit your goals and schedule:
 

  • Casual Classes: $30 per class – Perfect for drop-in training.

  • Unlimited Membership: $250 per month – Train as often as you like to maximize your progress.
