With the translation meaning a discipline or skill achieved through hard work and practice (and not necessarily through only martial arts) Kung Fu comes in many forms. Each with its own set of principles and techniques, but best known for its trickery and quickness.
Brought to popularity through household names such as Bruce Lee, our coaches at AMAA are well versed in many forms of Kung Fu and provide a variety of training classes throughout the week.
