WOMEN ONLY - We have a number of dedicated womens only classes available. Train with a group of friends in fun and active Muay Thai & Kickboxing classes run by our fantastic experienced coach, Wendy Talbot.

Wendy's classes are very well structured and designed to be fun and fitness focused, with an element of technique added so you can improve week on week.

Very safe with no sparring and medium intensity (non boot camp style). You can enjoy working the pads, learn a number of exciting combos and techniques, all while getting a great workout with your friends.

Don't be put off by kick boxing... you do not need to be a fighter and these classes are totally "go-at-your-own-pace". Beginners with absolutely no experience at all will feel at ease immediately as Wendy shows you the ropes and gets you throwing combos in no time, and seasoned fighters will feel right at home knowing that they can push it as hard as they like.
