YOGA, in the marital arts world acts lke some form of Yin to the more commonly practiced, Yang. Combining yoga with your training has such positive effects on your recovery, your flexibility, your mental health among a long list of other hugely beneficial factors, key to establishing perfect balance.

Our yoga instructor Tim, creates a safe environment for you to explore new ways of being inside your body. Tim also likes to make connections between your yoga practice and how you carry yourself in daily life, allowing you to develop a deeper connection with yourself and the world around you.  Focus on your breath as you slowly hold each position. No matter what level you are at, Tim will make sure you build your yoga practice from a strong foundation.
